The Accounting Associate is responsible for providing general accounting and administrative support to our busy accounting department. This position provides accurate and timely payment of invoices and monitors service contract terms to ensure accuracy and resolve problems. This position prepares sorts and distributes information and performs filing. This position calculates service orders and helps other accounting associates as needed. All our positions uphold our principles of value, quality and design.
AA degree in Accounting or related field. 2 years' experience in accounts payable or related. 10 key by touch. Microsoft Excel and PC proficiency. Good math and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented.
