Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Furniture and Home Decor

Scandinavian Designs is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for our San Carlos, CA Warehouse.  This position performs a variety of operational, inventory control and administrative duties.   The Warehouse Operations Coordinator handles reservations from our stores and maintains records and other critical inventory controls and documentation such as logbooks, reservations, pick lists, special orders, and deliveries ensuring correct and timely movement of merchandise.   This position also provides supervisory and payroll support and helps complete the customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service during merchandise pickups.  All our positions uphold our principles of Value, Quality and Design.


Qualified candidates with have a High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional education and training.  3+ years’ office/administrative experience, working in inventory or warehousing preferred.  Sound math and PC skills, able to perform data entry and look up information and report. Excellent customer service, team and communication skills. Demonstrate attention to detail and reliability. Able to read and understand work orders, shipping and receiving paperwork. Able to obtain and maintain Fork Lift training and certification.  Safe lifting up to 25 lbs.
