Returns will be taken if the merchandise is returned to the warehouse of the store where the purchase was made, in the same condition as you received it. Unassembled merchandise should be returned in the factory sealed carton, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. All other merchandise returned within the 14-day period is subject to a 10% or more restocking charge. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns without a sales receipt. If paid by check or cash, a refund check will be mailed to you within 21 days. Payment by bankcard can be credited immediately. We regret we cannot accept returns of mattresses; items purchased "As-Is", on Special Sale, Futons, Special Order Merchandise or items damaged after leaving the store. Thank you for your cooperation.
We provide the original retail purchaser a one year warranty against manufacturer defects, or the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater. This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose and are not modified in any way.
