At Scandinavian Designs it is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Our Best Price Guarantee policy means you always get the best price.

If you are considering purchasing one of our products and find the same brand and model advertised with another retailer where their original retail or promotional sale price is lower than ours, we are happy to match the lower price.

In addition, if you have purchased an item from us and we place it on sale within 30 days, you can contact us for a refund/credit of the difference. Upon your request, a refund can be granted within 14 days of original purchase and a store credit can be granted within 15-30 days of the original purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • To be eligible for a price match or refund/credit, the advertised item must be identical in brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, material and model number.
  • Refund can be requested within 14 days of original purchase.
  • Store Credit can be requested within 30 days of original purchase.
  • For price match, the lower price must be published and valid and the item must be in stock. Customer must present an original, complete advertisement showing the valid lower price.
  • Scandinavian Designs reserves the right to verify any ads, manufacturer and model details prior to completing the refund/credit.
  • Only valid in the U.S.
EXCLUSIONS
Offers that include financing. Bundling of items. Free items/buy-one-get-one-free items/gift-with-purchase offers if the retail price is not shown in the advertisement. Typographical or other pricing errors. Mail-in offers and instant rebates. Competitors' service prices (such as shipping and delivery fees). Items that are advertised as limited-quantity, limited-time, FLASH SALE, out-of-stock, open-box, as-is, clearance, refurbished/used items, closeout, damaged product or liquidation sales. Prices that only display on a website after guests log in or one-time re-engagement/retention discounts emailed/mailed to users. New retailer credit card discounts, paid membership club or paid loyalty programs (e.g., prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee). Non-branded or private-label items (e.g., not marketed under a specific brand name).
